This can be arranged by calling 01767 640888 or emailing email@example.com and requesting a returns number. All returns are to the specific supplier’s warehouse, with any carriage charges incurred remaining the customer’s responsibility. Should you require an estimate of the amount please enquire at the time of arranging the return. Subject to the returned item(s) being received in a clean, sellable condition a full refund less any carriage charges incurred will be issued.
Cancelling an order prior to it being dispatched can be arranged by calling 01767 640888 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Should an order be cancelled after it’s been dispatched the delivery cannot be stopped and you will need to contact us to arrange return (see Returns).
